A digital version of your membership card which can be used to access lounges and receive discounts is also available through the Traveller Plus smartphone app. It’s free to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store - search for ‘Traveller Plus’.
If you’re travelling soon you can use the digital membership card available through the Traveller Plus smartphone app. You can also print a copy when logging into your membership account through this website. If you want to order a replacement plastic card please call us on 0333 220 5599.
You need to contact your bank directly to update any personal information. Once your bank account details have been updated your Barclays Traveller membership details will change online. Please allow up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect with your online membership. If you would like to receive a new plastic membership card showing your personal information e.g. a change of name, please call 0333 220 5599.
Search for ‘Traveller Plus’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have downloaded the App, you will need to provide your membership number shown on the front of your plastic membership card to complete the registration process. Please note, if you have already activated your digital membership account through this website you will be able to sign in to the app straight away using the same login information.

Simply show your plastic membership card or the digital version available through the app at the participating restaurant to claim your discount. You may be asked to show your passport and boarding card as well.

You will receive 6 airport lounge passes as part of your membership and you can use these for yourself and also for family and guests that are travelling with you. If you need more, you can purchase additional lounge passes at a discounted rate of £16 per person.
Many lounges will allow children into the lounge. Some lounges will charge the same rate as an adult guest (guest visits can be purchased through this website or the app if required) and others will allow children under a certain age to enter for free. The airport lounge cannot allow you access without either your digital or plastic membership card. A digital version of your membership card is available when logging in to this website or through the dedicated Traveller Plus app. If you need further support please call 0333 220 5599 and we can e-mail you a copy of your membership card ready for you to print.
Facilities may differ for each lounge however for most lounges you can expect; a VIP lounge; Flight Monitors; Snacks; Non-Alcoholic Drinks; Wi-Fi Access; Televisions; Newspaper and Magazines. You can log on to our website or use the App to search for specific facilities.
To access the airport lounge you will need your passport and boarding card as these will verify your identity. It is important that the name on your membership card matches that on your passport and boarding card, airport lounges will check these to establish your right to access the lounge.
Many lounges do provide flight information boards. Some, but not all, have a broadcast facility for messages so it is important you monitor the flight information board closely for any changes which may affect your flight. There is no obligation on the lounges to provide flight information or announcements.
If you use the spa and nail bar this will use one of your free airport lounge passes. Details of the offers available can be found on the website and the App. You can also check with a staff member before your treatment.
